What do I do If I received a damaged or incorrect item?
In the unlikely event your item is damaged, we will happily replace it for the same item.
For damaged items, please contact the customer service team via email (email@example.com) with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed, as we endeavour to pack and send items out on daily basis. Please choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order.
Where are your bags designed and produced?
All bags are thoughtfully designed by La Toya Strong, the founder of Toya The Label in Sydney, Australia. Our products are ethically produced and manufactured in China by an incredible team of artisan sewers and creators that pass strict BSCI regulations.
