Returns and Refunds
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided your return meets our requirements.
All returns require a proof of purchase and must be authorised by our customer service team. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – in the original dust bag, packaging with tags attached and boxed carefully.
You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Sale items are only eligible for a credit note. This includes discounted items or purchases made with a discount code (excluding the 10% off new subscriber offer).
We reserve the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with out return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
Returns or exchanges are to be sent back to us at the buyer’s cost.
A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your return will be processed and in the case of a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
In the unlikely event your item is damaged, we will happily replace it for the same item.
