Australia Post & Aramex Australia expect international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. Due to COVID-19 Australia Post are not delivering to all countries. Delivering Your Order
If your order was placed before 2pm AEST Monday - Friday it will be packaged and sent out the same day.
We use Australia Post & Aramex Australia for all of our deliveries. If you are unable to find your email from Australia Post or Aramex Australia please check your junk mail filter or alternatively contact us here at info@toyathelabel.com. Please note that if you don't enter an email address on your order you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information.
Toya The Label Pty Ltd delivers to New Zealand, United States of America, Asia, Europe and United Kingdom.
Please note that Australia Post, Aramex Australia and Toya The Label Pty Ltd do not operate on public holidays or weekends.
Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the Australia Post or Aramex Australia depot, Australia Post & Aramex will email you a tracking number. To track your parcel, please enter your number here: Australia Post Website or Aramex Australia Website.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of shipping company. Any delays caused by the Shipping company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the Shipping companies and may vary depending on locations.
Subject to the Toya The Label Pty Ltd returns policy, Toya The Label Pty Ltd will take care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left Toya The Label Pty Ltd.
International Taxes
All prices are in Australian dollars.
You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/ fees that may occur when your order enters an international country. Each country has different laws regarding custom and custom taxes.
General
Once goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address, any damage to the goods are the responsibility of the receiver.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched. We do not take any responsibility for orders once shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and are not liable for any loss associated with this.
Once an item leaves our premises, we accept no liability for lost or missing parcels, which are accountable to the negligent actions of the respective postal service.
