Order Cancellations
Once you place an order on the website, it is unable to be cancelled.
Toya the Label reserve the right to cancel your order if:

- We’re unable to process payment on the credit card provided.
- The product becomes unavailable.
- You provide incorrect personal details.
You will be notified if your order is cancelled.
Account Security
When setting up a Toya the Label account, you will be required to provide a password. It is your responsibility to safeguard your password. Please inform us immediately if you suspect someone has gained unauthorised access to your password.
You are responsible for any items purchased using your account. Toya the Label has the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if your use is in violation of the terms of service.
Vouchers and Promotions
All Toya the Label vouchers are in Australian dollars (AUD) and have set conditions for each individual voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. The vouchers are a one-time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a specific product quantity. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer. Redeem a voucher code by entering it in the box provided during checkout and click on ‘apply coupon’.
